Your Zoom link or the studio address arrives by email, with parking and entry instructions if we're meeting in person.

A quick check-in, by text
I'll text asking for inspiration photos and a few pictures of your current piece beforehand. Meeting in person, bring the piece itself to our appointment too.

The consultation itself
We'll look closely at what you have, talk through the story behind it, and explore redesign directions together. Once we find your design, the work begins.

No. The appointment is free and there is no deposit to book one. You'll understand real pricing during the session — the diamond or gemstone, the setting, and the total — before you decide anything.
We start with what you're drawn to and work through it together — styles, diamond or gemstone options, and real pricing on the screen in front of you, until you can see the ring clearly.
Yes. Most design sessions happen over Zoom, with the same attention and pricing as an in-studio visit.
