Crafting times
Engagement rings and wedding rings are made to order.
- Engagement rings: 3 to 4 weeks.
- Wedding rings: 2 to 3 weeks.
- Custom designs, including ReJewel redesigns: 3 to 4 weeks from the day you approve the design.
- Men's tungsten, titanium and ceramic bands are not made to order. They come from our supplier and are ready in 1 to 3 days.
- Fine jewelry: the product page shows the approximate ship date.
Where a product page shows a different ship date, the product page is the one to go by. If you have a date in mind, or a change you would like to a design, email lisa@lisarobinjewelry.com or call 513-702-6884 and we will tell you what we can do.
Shipping within the United States
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. There is no delivery on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
- Orders under $500: UPS Ground with tracking and delivery confirmation, $14.99.
- Orders $500 to $1,999.99: free UPS Ground with tracking and delivery confirmation. UPS 2 Day is available for $19.99.
- Orders $2,000 and above: free UPS 2 Day with tracking and signature required.
- UPS overnight is available on any order for $59.99.
- FedEx is available if you prefer. Additional charges may apply.
The shipping box gives no sign of what is inside. We purchase carbon offsets for every shipment through Shopify.
Studio pick up
You can pick up your order at our studio instead of having it shipped. Schedule a time to stop by so your piece is ready and we are there to meet you. We text you when it is ready. Any balance is settled before the piece leaves the studio. If someone else is picking up for you, tell us who is coming ahead of time.
International shipping
We ship to these countries. International orders ship by UPS. Import duties, customs fees and taxes are set by your country and are your responsibility. All international orders are final sale.
Returns and exchanges
Made to order, custom, personalized and engraved pieces are final sale. Our engagement rings and wedding rings are made to order.
Fine jewelry that is not made to order or personalized may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
Return shipping is your responsibility and must be insured. Email or call before you send anything back so we know to expect it.
Men's alternative metal rings carry a lifetime sizing warranty. Tungsten, titanium and ceramic cannot be resized the way gold and platinum can. If your finger size changes, we exchange your ring for the same style in your new size at no charge, for the life of the ring. Exchanges are for size only, not style. Engraving or custom work on the new ring is at your expense.
Warranty
Every engagement ring, women's wedding ring and custom-designed ring carries a lifetime craftsmanship warranty. So do the men's wedding bands that say so on their product page. If a defect in how your ring was crafted appears at any time, we will repair or replace it, at our option, at no charge.
All other jewelry is warranted against manufacturing defects for six months from delivery.
The warranty covers defects only. It does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, theft, or the loss of diamonds or gemstones not caused by a defect. Repairs or service by anyone other than Lisa Robin or the JM repair center void the warranty. You are responsible for insured return shipping.
Lifetime service
For care beyond the warranty, the JM Care Plan is the lifetime service option. Add it in your cart when you place your order.
Ring sizing
We make your ring in the size you order. Choosing the size is your responsibility, because some people wear a ring loose and others snug. Not sure of your size? Order a finger sizer, ask for one free with your ring order, or email or call and we will help you find it.
- Measure when your hands are at room temperature. A cold finger measures small and a warm finger measures large.
- Between two sizes, choose the larger.
- A wide band fits tighter. Go up a size for comfort.
- If your knuckle is much larger than the base of your finger, measure both and choose a size in between.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Checkout is secure and we do not store your card details. You will receive an order confirmation by email with your total, including tax and shipping.
All prices are listed and charged in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate.
Financing
Financing is available through Affirm and Shop Pay.
Discount codes
Enter your discount code at checkout. The discount applies to your merchandise total, before tax and shipping. Tax is calculated on the price after the discount.
Gift cards
Gift cards are sent by email, to you or to the person receiving the gift, and are valid for five years from the date they are issued. Enter the gift card code at checkout. If your order is more than the card, you pay the difference. If it is less, the balance stays on the card for your next order.
Gift packaging
Every piece arrives in our gift box with signature ribbon.
For a proposal, you can upgrade to the ivory velvet keepsake ring box, wrapped the same way.
Metals and care
Our jewelry is made in solid 10K, 14K and 18K gold and in platinum. Men's rings are also offered in tungsten, titanium and ceramic.
Take your jewelry off to shower, bathe, swim, sleep and exercise. Store each piece separately so it does not scratch. Clean it with a jewelry polishing cloth or a liquid jewelry cleaner, such as the one in our Cleaning Kit. Avoid hot water, solvents, household cleaners and ultrasonic cleaners, which can change the finish of the metal and damage gemstones. Some gemstones are sensitive to perfume, moisturizer and hairspray, so put those on before your jewelry.
