Often we offer customization on items and some of our handcrafted jewelry will have lead times that vary. We will notify you of the expected shipping your items.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

LISA ROBIN is proud to offer made to order fine jewelry, wedding bands, and engagement rings at highly competitive pricing. To help us continue to maintain our pricing, we are excited to offer returns on the extent of our selection, even customized, made to order, and engraved pieces up to a price of $2000, no questions asked, if Seel Return Assurance is purchased at checkout.

Seel Return Assurance charges a small fee to guarantee your item, even custom items, made to order items, and engraved can be returned. We are pleased to offer this luxury return service.

Items must be returned in unworn condition within the timing listed below, and all packaging and paperwork (including the GIA certificate, if applicable) must be returned as well.

      • You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs for any returns or services (including customs fees for international clients) are the buyer’s responsibility.
      • Jewelry altered by a third-party jeweler is not eligible for return.
      • After the return date, all sales are final.
      • Shipping fees and Route shipping insurance fees are not refundable.
WARRANTY
 
Your fashion and fine jewelry selections are warranted from manufacturing defects for a period of six months from the date of delivery.  If your merchandise becomes damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item, at our option, without charge for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers each item of fashion or fine jewelry for defects in manufacturing only and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental damage, loss of precious stones not due to manufacturing defects, and theft. Any repairs or service performed by someone other than LISA ROBIN will void our warranty.
For engagement rings  and wedding bands, within the first six months of purchase we will replace side or accent diamonds that go missing if we feel that it is a manufacturing defect. After three months of purchase all missing side or accent diamonds will be considered wear and tear and will be at the expense of the customer. We stress the importance in choosing jewelry that is appropriate for your lifestyle.
You are responsible for insured return shipping.
BEYOND THE WARRANTY-PROTECT YOUR JEWELRY
We highly recommend protecting your jewelry and to make that easy, LISA ROBIN has partnered with Extend to provide simple, peace-of-mind protection for the jewelry you love. Extend is offered on the product page for fashion, fine jewelry and complete engagement rings. For engagement rings where your select a diamond you will see Extend offered on the product page you can still purchase a jewelry care plan by contacting us.
DIAMOND UPGRADE PROGRAM
Any certified solitaire diamond purchased in a Lisa Robin engagement ring (0.50ct and above) is eligible for an upgrade for the lifetime of the original purchaser. We forever guarantee the value of your Lisa Robin engagement ring diamond, which can be returned for credit equivalent to the original purchase price for any diamond engagement ring purchase with Lisa Robin, that is at least fifty percent greater in value. This credit does not include the price of your setting, duty/tax paid on the diamond or shipping costs, and is non-transferable. All applicable duties and taxes will be charged on the full retail price of your newly purchased jewelry, before any credit is applied. The entire credit must be used towards your new order, and your diamond engagement ring purchases are a final sale. To be eligible for the Diamond Upgrade Program, your diamond must be in its original condition with the original purchase receipt and diamond certificate. Any damage to the original diamond may disqualify the diamond from this program.
Many of our made to order rings are crafted to exactly fit the diamond you select, so this will require production of a new setting. If you are upgrading within 30 days the original receipt of the ring, we may restock the setting at our discretion. If we choose to restock the setting, a 50% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, once the diamond has been verified and inspected, the original setting will be returned to you.  A new setting will need to be purchased, as each setting is made-to-order based on the diamond's specific measurements. Standard lead times apply.
For some styles it is possible to modify the existing ring to fit a larger diamond. Fees and lead time will be quoted for you.

Please contact us before you send your jewelry back, so we can be sure it arrives safely. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend that you insure your package—we are not responsible for items lost in shipping.

 

DISCOUNT CODES

If you've received a discount code for a percentage off, you will be prompted to enter it in AFTER you go through checkout and BEFORE you finalize the amount paid. The discount will be applied to the original purchase amount, which does not include taxes and shipping. Tax is calculated on the price AFTER the code is applied. You will select the shipping method and insurance which will be added to the final price.

GIFT CARDS may be purchased here by contacting lisa@lisarobinjewelry.com. A gift certificate code can be emailed to you or the recipient of the gift. GIFT CARDS are valid for one year after the issue date.

As with a percentage discount code, a dollar amount gift certificate code will be applied to the original purchase amount, excluding taxes and shipping.  If your gift certificate code amount is LOWER than your purchase amount, you will be required to pay the balance (as well as the tax only on that balance). If your gift certificate code amount is HIGHER than your purchase amount, you will be reimbursed for the difference with a NEW code within 48 hours of your purchase.  You must include a NOTE to us upon check out, letting us know of this.  All new gift certificate codes generated for your balance will be sent to you via the email address associated with your purchase.  Also, because this $ amount essentially brings your purchase to $0, this eliminates the need for taxes to be charged (as the tax on an amount of $0 is, in fact, $0). CARBON OFFSET

Lisa Robin, by the nature of being an e-commerce company, has an impact on the environment. Though my studio operations have a minimal carbon environmental impact, the fact that I ship orders throughout the USA does have an impact. I care about affecting that impact in a positive way. I have chosen, with the support of Shopify, my ecommerce platform, to purchase carbon offsets for each shipment.

Please Note: as of 1/1/2021 we have stopped shipping via USPS. Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS.

Orders Under $249.99 are shipped UPS Ground with tracking and delivery confirmation for $7.99. UPS 2 Business Day, and UPS Standard Overnight are also available for an additional charge. 

Orders $250- $499.99 are shipped UPS Ground with tracking and delivery confirmation for $4.99. UPS 2 Business Day, and UPS Standard Overnight are also available for an additional charge. 

Orders $500.00 to $1499.99 are shipped free via UPS ground with tracking. UPS 2 Day or UPS Business Overnight are is available for an additional charge. 

Orders $1500.00 to $2999.99 are shipped free via UPS 2 Day with tracking and signature required. UPS Business Overnight is available for an additional charge.

Orders $3000.00 and above are shipped free via UPS 2 Day or UPS Business Overnight with tracking and signature required. 

Alternate Shipping by Fedex is available if your prefer. Additional charges may apply.

Outside the USA: By default, International orders are shipped via UPS. Additional import, customs, and sales taxes may be added separately in accordance with your state or country's specific requirements. All orders shipped internationally are final sale.

ROUTE + PREMIUM PACKAGE PROTECTION

Lisa Robin Jewelry is proud to partner with ​Route​, the leader in package protection and  tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order up to $5000 will be protected from  damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken  upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully  reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use  Route+ package protection at checkout for orders up to $5000.   

*​Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from  the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost  (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and  within 30 days from the last checkpoint.  

If you choose not to use Route+ we cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We ask our carrier to require a signature for all items over $500. If you would like to either waive this requirement, or if you would like to ask for a signature for less than $500, please include this information under Special Instructions at checkout. (Since we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen, we highly recommend selecting a delivery address that you trust.)

 PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and you can choose to run your transaction through our secure website, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or through Amazon Payments.  All options are highly secure and we do not store any credit card information. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email with the total dollar amount (including any applicable taxes and shipping & handling).

All prices are listed and charged in US dollars. If applicable, the exact exchange rate you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card.

ABOUT THE METALS

Lisa Robin Jewelry is made from several different metals, which include but are not limited to brass, stainless steel, plated and solid 10K, 14k & 18k gold, platinum, rhodium, and sterling silver. These metals are nickel-free and hypo-allergenic for most people unless you have an extreme allergy and can only wear solid gold. As a general rule of thumb, avoid wearing your jewelry in the shower, bath, or swimming as well as when sleeping and when exercising. 

We recommend storing your jewelry separately to avoid scratching. Many sterling silver items are oxidized to slightly darken the color and enhance the details of the design. To clean only use a jewelry polishing cloth. Avoid hot water, solvents, household cleaners, and ultrasonic cleaners which may change the finish of the metal and damage the gemstones. Some of the gemstones used in our designs can be sensitive to perfumes, moisturizers, and hairspray. Please apply those products before putting on your jewelry.

Store your jewelry separately to avoid scratching. Sterling silver pieces don't tend to tarnish if you are wearing them frequently. A tip, store any sterling silver jewelry in a zip-lock plastic bag to slow tarnishing.

SIZING

We offer many rings in a variety of sizes. If you do not know your ring size, order a Free Finger Sizer here. We are responsible for sending you the ring size you ordered. However, we cannot be responsible for determining your ring size. (Some people wear their rings loose, some tight. The size is your responsibility.) 

Don't measure when your body temperature is either too cold or too hot. A cold finger shrinks while a hot finger expands causing an inaccurate reading. Only measure when fingers are at room temperature. If you hesitate between two sizes, always go with the larger one. A wider band needs a bigger size. If you consider purchasing a wide band, move up a size from your measurement, for comfort’s sake. If your knuckle is a lot larger than the base of your finger, and you're using the virtual ruler, measure both the base of your finger and your knuckle and select a size in between the two.
