In partnership with Jeweler’s Mutual, a trusted name in jewelry protection, our Care Plan covers the essential repairs and maintenance your fine jewelry may need throughout its lifetime. From everyday wear to unexpected issues, your jewelry is in expert hands—without the stress or surprise costs.
What’s Included:This lifetime service plan provides coverage for the most common wear-and-tear concerns, including:

Rhodium plating for white gold to restore its brilliant luster

Professional refinishing and polishing to keep your jewelry gleaming

Repair or replacement of a lost center diamond or gemstone due to a defective setting

Re-tipping or rebuilding worn, bent, or broken prongs

All repairs are completed by the JM Repair Center's expert jewelers and are covered up to the original value of your piece.

When placing your order, just add the Care Plan to your cart at checkout. Pricing is based on the total purchase price of your jewelry. Your contract paperwork will arrive with your shipment or be available when you pick up your jewelry.
