In partnership with Jeweler’s Mutual, a trusted authority in jewelry protection, this plan covers essential repairs over the life of your jewelry. No surprise costs. No uncertainty. Just expert care when you need it.
This plan is available exclusively to Lisa Robin customers and applies only to jewelry purchased through our studio.

When placing your order, simply add the JM Care Plan to your cart. Pricing is based on the total purchase price of your jewelry. After checkout, your Care Plan contract will be delivered by email. We recommend keeping your receipt for your records.

Your jewelry is meant to be worn—every day, through real life. Whether you’re traveling, celebrating, or moving through the ordinary moments in between, your Care Plan is there to support you if something unexpected happens.
Step 3: If a Repair Is Needed, We Guide You
If your jewelry ever needs attention, you’re not on your own.

What’s Not Covered
The JM Care Plan is a repair and service contract, not an insurance policy. While it provides extensive protection for common repair needs over time, it does not cover:
- Theft
- Loss or mysterious disappearance
- Fire, flood, or other catastrophic events
For these risks, a separate jewelry insurance policy is recommended.

No. The Care Plan is optional. However, it is the only way to receive covered lifetime repairs without future repair charges. Without it, repairs are assessed and quoted individually at the time of service.
Coverage lasts for the lifetime of the jewelry. There are no annual renewals, no deductibles, and no cap on the number of eligible repairs.
All repairs are completed through the authorized Jeweler’s Mutual Repair Center, where expert jewelers specialize in fine jewelry restoration and structural integrity—ensuring your piece is treated with the care it deserves.
You contact us. We walk you through the next steps and coordinate insured shipping. Your jewelry is sent directly to the repair center and returned safely to you—no guesswork, no chasing updates.
The Care Plan follows the jewelry, not the purchaser. As long as the piece is covered and documentation is available, repairs can still be processed.
