FAQs

Yes. Your JM Care Plan covers eligible repairs for the lifetime of your jewelry, at no cost to you.

No. Covered repairs, including labor and standard materials, are fully handled by JM.

You’ll send it to a JM Authorized Repair Center using the prepaid label provided in your email from JM.

Most repairs are completed within 2–4 weeks after JM receives your piece. Once completed, it will be returned directly to you.

For repair status or shipping questions, JM Care Plan is your direct point of contact. If you have questions before sending your jewelry, we’re always happy to help guide you.
