Yes. Your JM Care Plan covers eligible repairs for the lifetime of your jewelry, at no cost to you.
No. Covered repairs, including labor and standard materials, are fully handled by JM.
You’ll send it to a JM Authorized Repair Center using the prepaid label provided in your email from JM.
Most repairs are completed within 2–4 weeks after JM receives your piece. Once completed, it will be returned directly to you.
