This is a service contract, not an insurance policy. It covers the most common repair needs over time but does not cover theft, loss, mysterious disappearance, or catastrophic events such as fire or flooding.
No. Covered repairs, including labor and standard materials, are fully handled by JM Care Plan for eligible repairs.
You’ll send it to a JM Authorized Repair Center using the prepaid label provided in your email from JM.
Most repairs are completed within 2–4 weeks after JM receives your piece. Once completed, it will be returned directly to you.
