And now that you've found Lisa Robin? The engagement ring design process couldn’t be easier.

Think of us as your private couture jeweler, dedicated to crafting a unique engagement ring that fits within your budget. No request is too challenging, and unlike traditional jewelers, we thrive on the opportunity to create custom designs tailored to your desires.

The cost of a custom engagement ring varies based on your vision. Typically, it aligns with the price of a comparable ring made with the same metals and similar gemstones. If you choose to adapt a style from our website, there's a modest additional charge for new molds. For my design expertise, I charge a flat fee of $400, which will be credited towards the final price of your ring.

Step #1
Book a Consultation

Your first step is to schedule a private consultation, either in-person at our Dayton, Ohio studio or virtually via Zoom.

Regardless of how we connect, you’ll receive personalized attention and expert guidance throughout the design process.

In your consultation, we'll explore your style and preferences. We’ll review images of rings, discuss likes and dislikes, and consider your lifestyle—important factors if you’re frequently gardening or surfing, for example.

I might sketch a few ideas during our talk, advising you on choices of diamonds, gemstones, and metals, to crystallize a design that truly resonates with you.

Step #2
Determine Your Budget

We understand everyone has a unique budget. We're committed to helping you find the perfect options within your financial range.

Once we finalize the design concept, I'll source a selection of diamonds and gemstones that fit your budget and preferences.

We'll discuss each option’s merits, helping you make an informed choice. If you wish, we can incorporate an heirloom gemstone, keeping your family history alive through your jewelry.

Find the right ring size

We'll determine the correct ring size to begin production, either at our studio or through virtual methods.

This is where the magic happens. We produce detailed CAD drawings, offering a 3D preview of your ring. If it's not perfect, we'll revise the design until it’s exactly right.

CAD Rendering and Final Ring

Step # 6
Ring Crafting

Using the final CAD drawings, we craft a wax and mold in our workshop. Our skilled bench jewelers then cast your design in the chosen metal and set the stones.

Every detail is meticulously finished and polished under the watchful eye of our master jeweler. We keep you informed throughout the process.

Once your ring is ready, typically within 2-3 weeks of design approval, we’ll notify you. You can pick it up from our studio, or we'll express ship it directly to you.

We guarantee you'll be captivated by its exceptional beauty and craftsmanship—it will be a piece you treasure forever.
