Nothing is more exciting than receiving a Lisa Robin gift in our gift box with signature ribbon, a complimentary service we always provide. Our packaging does not disclose the gift inside.
A signature from an adult (21+) will
be required. We can ship to any permanent address (including your
workplace)—but not hotels or non-permanent addresses. Our preferred
shipper is UPS.
Complimentary shipping is based on order value:
$500.00 to $1499.99 UPS ground. $1500.00 to $2999.99 UPS 2 Day. $3000.00 and above UPS 2 Day or UPS Business Overnight.
Under $499 is shipped UPS Ground for a small fee, no signature required. More about shipping.

At checkout, select the your preferred financing source as your payment option, and it’ll take you through the application process. Once that goes through and you place your order using Shopy, Affirm, or Afterpay, we’ll start the processing and ship your jewelry when it's ready. Shopay, Affirm, or Afterpay handles your payments from there. You’ll work directly with them to make your monthly payments.

We stand behind the quality of our pieces. Lisa Robin offers a complimentary warranty on all fine and demi fine jewelry. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect.
This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, broken chains, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty.
If you encounter any problems with your fine jewelry, contact us on how to proceed with your repair. You are responsible for insured return
shipping of your wedding ring for repair.
Please kindly note that any unauthorized work performed on our pieces by anyone outside of Lisa
Robin will void this warranty.

We highly recommend protecting your jewelry from accidental damage and to make that easy, LISA ROBIN has partnered with Extend Accident Protection to provide simple, peace-of-mind accident protection for your fine jewelry.
