ReJewel-Redesign Your Jewelry, Reimagine Your Story

"I have this heirloom piece… but it just isn’t me."

We hear this all the time. And it’s exactly why ReJewel™ has become one of our most meaningful offerings at Lisa Robin. Redesigning heirloom jewelry isn’t just a design service—it’s a personal transformation. We give your cherished but outdated pieces new life, turning them into custom jewelry you’ll love to wear every day.

What Is a ReJewel?

A ReJewel™ is the art of reimagining what you already own—whether it’s a family heirloom ring, a dated wedding set, or a piece that no longer fits your lifestyle. We transform the diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals from your original jewelry into a one-of-a-kind design that feels like it was always meant for you.

Think of it as your story, retold—crafted with intention, artistry, and modern design.

Popular ReJewels include:

  • Resetting heirloom diamonds into custom engagement rings

  • Refreshing wedding sets into right-hand rings

  • Transforming outdated cocktail rings into modern statement jewelry

  • Honoring loved ones with wearable tribute pieces

Creativity & Craftsmanship

At Lisa Robin, creativity is at the heart of everything we do. Every custom engagement ring or heirloom redesign begins with curiosity—your story, your style, your vision—and is brought to life with artistry and impeccable craftsmanship.

We don’t believe in cookie-cutter designs or fleeting trends. Instead, each piece is imagined with intention and crafted to be as unique as the person who wears it. From the first sketch to the final polish, Lisa is personally involved in every design decision, ensuring that your jewelry feels timeless yet distinctly yours.

Our bench jewelers pair traditional goldsmithing techniques with modern technology, creating heirloom-quality jewelry built to last for generations.

The result? Unique engagement rings and custom jewelry that celebrate life’s most meaningful milestones—pieces that can’t be found anywhere else.

Why Choose to ReJewel?

There are endless reasons to reimagine your jewelry:

  • Your style has evolved—but your jewelry hasn’t.
  • You prefer platinum or white gold but inherited yellow.
  • You’re celebrating a new chapter—engagement, anniversary, vow renewal, or even a fresh start after divorce.
  • You want to turn inherited jewelry into a piece that feels truly yours.

Whatever your reason, we’ll help you mark this moment with artistry, care, and a design that feels personal.

What Stones and Materials Can Be Used?

We work with:

  • Natural or lab-grown diamonds
  • Colored gemstones such as sapphires, emeralds, and rubies
  • Your existing gold or platinum (which may be reused or recycled toward the project)

Please note: small melee or pavé stones may not be able to reset.

How Much Does a ReJewel Cost?

Every ReJewel™ is a custom project, so pricing depends on your vision and the materials you bring.

  • A design fee (credited toward your final project) begins the process.
  • Your original materials are carefully evaluated—reused directly or recycled for credit toward your project.
  • The result: savings compared to starting from scratch, plus the priceless meaning of wearing your story in a new way.

How the ReJewel Process Works
Step 1: Book a Consultation

Meet with Lisa one-on-one, either at our Dayton, Ohio studio or virtually. We’ll explore your jewelry, your story, and your design goals.

Step 2: Define Your Vision

We’ll talk through your lifestyle and aesthetic—whether you’re dreaming of a low-profile ring for everyday wear or a bold new design to make a statement.

Step 3: CAD Designs and Renderings

Your ideas take shape with digital renderings, so you can see and fine-tune your new design before we begin crafting.

Step 4: Handcrafted Transformation

Our master jewelers carefully craft your new piece—from metal casting to diamond setting—with extraordinary attention to detail. You’ll receive updates along the way until your ReJewel™ is complete.

Timeline

Most ReJewel™ projects take 3-4 weeks from the time your materials are received and your design is approved.
