What does Toi et Moi mean?

Toi et Moi is French for “you and me.” The design sets two diamonds together rather than one — here a radiant cut and a marquise — as a representation of two people brought together. The two shapes are deliberately different, meeting in balance.

How are the diamonds selected?

This is a Lyric design, so the diamonds are chosen for your piece rather than pre-set. You begin with a design appointment to select the radiant and marquise diamonds — including which carat option — and the necklace is then made to order. Lab created diamonds keep the larger carat weights attainable.

Which carat weight should I choose?

The 1.25 carat option (about 0.75 ct radiant, 0.25 ct marquise, plus three rounds) wears comfortably every day. The 2.5 carat option (about 1.5 ct radiant, 0.75 ct marquise, plus three rounds) reads as a clear statement. Both share the same design; the difference is scale. We can walk through how each sits at your neckline during the design appointment.

Returns

Fine jewelry may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Personalized and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Return shipping is your responsibility and must be insured.

Six-Month Warranty

Your fine jewelry is warranted against manufacturing defects for six months from the date of delivery. If a piece is damaged by a manufacturing defect within that period, we will repair or replace it at our option, at no charge.

What the warranty covers

Manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, physical or accidental damage, loss of gemstones not caused by a manufacturing defect, or theft.

What voids the warranty

Any modification to the piece, or any repair or service performed by someone other than Lisa Robin.
