The setting price shown on each product page does not include the center gemstone. The center gemstone is selected separately and quoted based on variety, color, clarity, size, and origin. Final ring pricing combines the setting and the gemstone you select. We share pricing for any modifications transparently before the order is approved.

Yes, through two paths. To personalize a design as shown, order online and select your gemstone, metal, and finger size. To modify a design or create something fully custom, book a private design appointment with Lisa. Modifications can include adapting the design to a different gemstone shape, adjusting band width, refining prong style, or coordinating the design with a future wedding ring. Any pricing changes for modifications are shared and approved before crafting begins.

Natural gemstones are formed in the earth over millions of years — each one is unique in color, clarity, and character. Lab created gemstones share the same physical and chemical properties as their natural counterparts, produced in a controlled environment. Natural gemstones are available through the online selection. Lab created gemstones can be made available by appointment — contact us to discuss your options.

Most natural gemstones on the market undergo some form of treatment — heat treatment is standard practice for sapphires and rubies and is widely accepted in the industry. We are transparent about treatment status for every gemstone we source. Lisa Robin engagement rings are designed by Lisa Robin Adkinson in our private design studio in Dayton, Ohio, and hand-crafted by skilled jewelers in our New York workshop. Every ring is made in the USA, using ethically sourced materials including recycled precious metals and responsibly sourced gemstones.

After your order is placed, we begin the design process. You'll receive detailed renderings of your final design — gemstone, metal, design, and any modifications you've requested. Once you approve, your ring is hand-crafted in approximately 3-4 weeks and shipped insured in a Lisa Robin keepsake box.
