How does the push lock closure work?

The push lock is a small clasp built into the charm — press the side and it opens, so the chain slides in or out, then it closes to hold the chain securely. It's quick and one-handed once you've done it a few times, and it stays shut through daily wear, opening only with intentional pressure.

Are the spiked edges sharp to wear?

No — the spikes are finished and rounded for visual texture, not literal sharpness. The charm reads graphic and edgy but sits flat and comfortable against skin and clothing, and it won't snag fabric the way a truly sharp edge would.

Can I wear more than one charm, or move a charm between chains?

Yes — the push lock system is built for it. Run several charms on one chain, stacked or spaced, or move a single charm between chains of different lengths and styles. The charms also fit most thin gold chains, as long as the chain passes through the push lock opening.

Returns

Fine jewelry may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Personalized and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Return shipping is your responsibility and must be insured.

Six-Month Warranty

Your fine jewelry is warranted against manufacturing defects for six months from the date of delivery. If a piece is damaged by a manufacturing defect within that period, we will repair or replace it at our option, at no charge.

What the warranty covers

Manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, physical or accidental damage, loss of gemstones not caused by a manufacturing defect, or theft.

What voids the warranty

Any modification to the piece, or any repair or service performed by someone other than Lisa Robin or the JM repair center.
