The Scotch runs a channel of reclaimed whiskey barrel oak through the center of a black ceramic band — genuine oak from barrels once used to age whiskey at the Jack Daniel's Distillery, so each ring carries its own grain and char. At 8mm with a flat profile and a matte finish, the warm wood reads against the black surface: character from the material itself, not ornament added to it.
