Yes. You select your sapphire on the website from a range that runs from midnight blue through teal, plus yellow, pink, green, orange, peach and padparadscha, with each price shown. If you don't find the one you want, we source it through a design appointment.

Is a bezel set sapphire a good choice for everyday wear?

Sapphire is corundum, 9 on the Mohs scale, so it holds up to daily wear well. A full bezel covers the girdle and the pear's point, the areas most likely to chip, so the setting adds protection a prong setting doesn't.

How does the sapphire Fable Symmetry differ from the original Fable?

The center, bezel and band are the same. The original Fable places its marquise and round diamond on one side of the pear; the Fable Symmetry repeats them on the other, so your sapphire is framed evenly from both sides.
