A Halo with Direction Built In

A halo doesn't have to enclose. Most do — a closed ring of accent diamonds tracing a circle around the center, tidy and finished and slightly inert.

The Revel breaks the circle at four points. Marquise diamonds sit at north, south, east and west, and their tips run outward past where the halo would have ended. The frame stops being a boundary and starts being a direction — four of them, radiating from the center like a compass rose.

An emerald holds the middle of that without effort. Green is the strongest colour in this collection against white diamonds, and the marquise points give it somewhere to send that intensity rather than trapping it in a ring.
