Orders are shipped Mon-Fri excluding holidays.
Most items ship within 1-3 days. Please note that occasionally in-stock items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back-ordered. We will make every effort to communicate any shipping delay within 24 hours of your order. If we are having a piece custom made for you, please see your order notification for your wait time. Build Your Own Ring and some other items are made to order. When using our ring builder on to create a ring, the ring is usually ready to ship to you within 10 days. You will be notified of the expected shipping date.
Within the USA:
Orders $50-$499.99 are shipped free via USPS First Class mail service with tracking and delivery confirmation. USPS Priority service, FedEx 2Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight are also available for an additional charge. Please allow 2-3 days for order packing and fulfillment. If the item you have ordered is out of stock you will be notified by email of an estimated shipping date.
Orders $500.00 to $999.99 are shipped free via UPS 2nd day with tracking and signature required. USPS Priority service, FedEx 2Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight are also available for an additional charge. Please allow 2-3 days for order packing and fulfillment. If the item you have ordered is out of stock you will be notified by email of an estimated shipping date.
Orders $1000.00 and above are shipped free via UPS Standard Overnight with tracking and signature required. USPS Priority service, FedEx 2Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight are also available for an additional charge. Please allow 2-3 days for order packing and fulfillment. If the item you have ordered is out of stock you will be notified by email of an estimated shipping date.
Outside the USA: By default, International orders are shipped via UPS. Additional import, customs, and sales taxes may be added separately in accordance with your state or country's specific requirements. Please allow 2-3 days for order packing and fulfillment. If the item you have ordered is out of stock you will be notified by email of an estimated shipping date. All orders shipped internationally are final sale.

Route+ is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.

The Route App
The app allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers, dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery.
If you opt out of Route+ Package Protection and your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We ask our carrier to require a signature for all items over $500. If you would like to either waive this requirement or if you would like to ask for a signature for less than $500, please include this information under Special Instructions at checkout. (Since we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen, we highly recommend selecting Route+ Package Protection at checkout.)

Picking your order up in our studio is always an option. We love to see you! However, we do ask for you to schedule a time to stop by to make sure your order is ready and we are in the studio. Email or call 513-702-6884.

All jewelry is created in our workshop with love and care, and your satisfaction is very important to us. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer free returns on within seven days of receipt in their complete original packaging and in unworn condition. Please call us at 513-702-6884 or email lisa@lisarobinjewelry.com for a prepaid return label that will be sent to the original email address associated with the order. Merchandise will be insured to Lisa Robin Jewelry. Credit will not include expedited shipping charges. Special orders, custom items, or sale items are final sale and may not be canceled or returned.
